"The Glyn" was an estate cottage dating from the 17th century which, after living in it for several years, we carefully took apart, rebuilt & extended. We therefore have a large modern home in a fabulous stream & woodside setting with 25 acres of its own land. Our home is literally IN the scenery. We have spent almost 20 years renovating old hedges & planting new ones, extending the garden and orchard, looking after the old pastures using traditional breeds of livestock, making ponds, coppicing & managing the woodlands to make our own 'nature reserve'. It is a 'lifestyle' home, a luxury 'Good Life' which we're only selling because we're moving back to my wife's home - New Zealand.
