WHY WE'RE SELLING

It was a decision that took years to make but we think now is the right time for us to leave. We are coming up to retirement age, we've had 20 wonderful years here, we're immensely proud of what we've created but sooner or later we have to downsize. So let's do it whilst we've got enough time & energy to establish ourselves somewhere else. We're still young enough to have another adventure so we're off to my wife's original home in New Zealand to a country where you can still buy land and build a house. We'll do the same again on a smaller scale and, in the process, encourage our children & grandchildren and our extended families to spend as much time as they can in that wonderful country. There will be tears when we leave here but the time is right.
